We maintain sites throughout Western Massachusetts for the many roles in our agency. Currently, we have the following positions available:
HIV CASE MANAGER (SPRINGFIELD)
Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree, significant job experience may substitute; two years of experience in case management or similar casework; evidence of life experience or knowledge of program’s target populations and local service delivery systems; experience with LGBT health issues; knowledge of the Western Massachusetts LGBT community; excellent written and verbal communication skill; ability to sit at desk and accurately complete reports, forms, and other data collection tools; must be able to successfully complete computer training program within one year from date of hire; current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Preferred Experience/Education: bilingual English/Spanish; Bachelor's degree; computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel preferred; ideal candidate will have demonstrated cultural competency working with gay men and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

BILINGUAL OUTREACH WORKER (SPRINGFIELD)
Required Qualifications: bilingual English/Spanish; high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with substance abuse; knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention principles; familiarity with Latino culture; skills in community organizing and education; proficiency in using the Internet; valid Massachusetts driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
Preferred Experience/Education: computer literacy in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access); ability to work independently and on a team; creative, flexible.
